New Zealand Native Grasses
There are around 190 native grasses in New Zealand, all shapes, sizes and colours, but dominated by tussocks. This gives you a wide variety of colours to choose from, ranging from deep green to silver and white to red. Some grasses can reach over three metres in height or just a few centimetres from the ground. The choices are enormous. We have grasses that are perfect for borders and grass that provide privacy as well as decoration.
